HALAL MONITORING COMMITTEE (HMC)

KQF is UK's leading HMC certified products food processor and supplier. The strict rules governing the tagging, processing and dispatch of goods are strictly adhered to and monitored by the onsite HMC inspector.

HMC processes are designed with the halal consumer in mind. All meat is slaughtered using traditional sunnah methods (zabihah without stunning) and tagged at each stage during the food chain, thereby ensuring a guaranteed halal product which the end consumer can trust with confidence.

South African National Halal Authority (SANHA)

KQF directors who are based in South Africa have a strong affiliation with SANHA - a renowned halal monitoring organisation with established links throughout the food industry.

SANHA is also part of the World Halal Authority which is seeking to establish uniformity and common standards across the globe for the benefit of all muslims.

KQF Ltd aims to strengthen the links with SANHA and other worldwide bodies with the aim of delivering a trusted halal product for benefit of all consumers.
